Fluvioglacial hill at the foot of Monte Rosa in the municipality of Ghemme, grapes coming from the vineyards in the areas called Cavenago, Rossini and Carella. Acid-based soil composed of clays and sand resulting from pebble erosion of the Monte Rosa glacier with hundreds of different types of minerals.
Color: intense ruby red, tending to garnet
Taste: dry, warm and velvety, great complexity
