A rosé from a blend of Grenache Gris (30%), Grenache Noir (30%), Merlot (30%), Cabernet Franc (10%) .
Harvest starts around mid-August at optimal maturity of the grapes. The harvest takes place at night, to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes. As the cellar is just near the vineyard, the berries arrive in intact conditions. 70% of the free run juice is sent directly to the vats, the rest of the grapes goes to the pressing machine. A 5-day contact with lees from the must to extract intense aromas and a fleshy character. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15-18°C.
