Description
This rich and mature white wine is made from the cool climate grapes Solaris and Helios.
Intense and elegant wine; Solaris gives the wine its freshness, crispiness and ripe pear aromas. Helios contributes for the softness and roundness. The vanilla aromas come from the wood ageing.
Vinification: fermentation in oak barrels, followed by a further 5 months of ageing in barrel, with continuous battonage. Before expedition, the wine rests another 2 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in the bottle
