Description
This Sol Sol is a fresh and aromatic white wine
Its name "Sol Sol" is derived from the fact that it is made from 50% early harvest grapes (for freshness and aroma) and 50% late harvest grapes (for structure and body)
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 6 months further maturing with continuous battonage.
This wine is fresh and crispy, with aromas of acacia flowers and citrus.
Great to accompany Polish and Nordic cuisine
