Description
The Oropasso consists of 60% Garganega and 40% Chardonnay.
It is a straw yellow wine, with some green reflections.
In the nose we find delicate aromas of flowers and hints of citrus and yellow fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with a nice balance.
Great with pasta, risotto, soup, fish, shellfish, white meat and aged cheeses.
