This Barrel select Chardonnay from Vinos San Felipe is a rich, plump and buttery 100% Chardonnay, with a tropical character in both the taste and the nose. The finish has a good structure and a nice length.
For this wine, Vinos San Felipe uses the best quality grapes, which makes them able to make a wood-aged wine. 60% of the wine is aged in French oak for 7 months before being bottled.
Goes well with fish in butter sauce, with poultry and veal fricassee
