Classic vinification in temperature controled vats. Alcoholic fermentation
during 10 days at 15°C for a best aromatic expression.
Wine with a garnet colour with purple highlights. Nose with an intense
aromatic expression of black fruits but also spices. Concentrated mouth with full-bodied tannins. Fruity flavour with a slightly peppery finish. Powerful wine with still young tannins that will accompany grilled meats or in sauce.
Ageing potential: 10 to 15 years
