From manual harvest with several handpicking to select only perfectly botrytised grapes, musts obtained by direct pressing are cleaned out and vinified at low temperature. Ageing 12 months in stainless steel tank.
The nose is aromatic with notes of zest of yuzu, lemon, peach, quince, spices, crushed pear and verbena. The palate is fruity, well -balanced, mineral and offers a nice juicy / acid frame, a fine suavity and straightness as well as a certain finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of flat peach, citrus, quince, verbena and flowers
